hydrogenated anything enriched anything - white flour and white sugar and anything ending in ose (ex: dextrose) - forms of sugar processed foods corn syrup fast food (never ever - it is not really food)
Over the past 5 or 6 years I have been learning what foods truly benifit your body and what really harms your body. I have also been learning that this is not information that "they" want you to know! I wanted to help people learn what I have learned!
